Collection and return of keys: at the flat.
Check-in hours:
- Early check-in on request.
- Check in is from 4.00 pm to 10.00 pm.
- Check in from 10.00 pm to 00.00am, extra fee 20€.
- Check in from 00:00 am to 2:00 am, extra fee 30€.
Check-out and key return:
- Check out is from 9.00h to 10.00h.
- Late check-out on request.
Refundable deposit: Check for each specific property. The deposit will be returned at the end of the stay provided there is no damage.
Deposit policy:
50 % upon booking by bank transfer or credit card.
50 % upon arrival at the flat, in cash. By credit card 14 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancelled from more than 60 days in advance, the refund will be of 50% of the stay
Services and Supplements:
-Travel cot: 3,5€/day. Upon request and availability. Maximum one per flat.
-Laundry and additional cleaning: on request and availability.
