The apartment is well located between the boulevard + beach and the Comercial-centre of San Eugenio. We felt everything is just a short walk from the building. During the night the shops and bars at the boulevard are alive but it isn't disturbing while being in the apartment.

The 2 quite large balconies give beautiful views, one towards the closest beach but also the mountains give a great scenery. During the night you can see the coastline with lots of lights. The other balcony is nice and sunny during the morning and we have had many great breakfasts on it.

Dieses Apartment war schon diverse Male unser Zuhause - ja, so fühlt es sich hier an für uns. Es ist klein, hat aber alles, was wir brauchen und jetzt auch noch eine neue Waschmaschine! Der Blick ist unbezahlbar und das Rauschen des Meeres ist ein ständiger Begleiter - wir lieben es. Die Wohnung ist bunt, sehr kleinteilig und liebevoll dekoriert, das ist Geschmacksache, aber wir finden das alles super gemütlich. Man ist mittendrin, hat dennoch Ruhe vor den Menschen. Von dem touristischen Rummel bekommt man nichts mit. Die Dachterrasse wird immer schöner! Ein toller Platz zum Träumen. Wir kommen wieder.
